How the Instructor Program Works
To receive the special instructor pricing, submit your information which includes a copy of your photo ID and a copy of your current Instructor Certificate along with your contact information, the type of boot you are interested in with the boot size, and your shipping information. There is a form on each program's web page along with the type of boots available for each segment. A representative from HAIX will contact you to verify pricing and collect your payment information once your application has been approved.
Instructors are eligible to participate in the instructor program once every 12 months and the participant will need to supply a personal credit card as department purchase orders are not accepted for this program.
The instructor program offers free shipping and exchanges to ensure you have the perfect fit for your needs. This also includes our standard one-year warranty.
Dual Fire and EMS Instructors
For instructors who are certified trainers in both Fire and EMS, you are eligible to participate in both programs. This means you are eligible for 2 boots – one specific for Fire and one specific for EMS.
