Warranty Claims

For warranty claims, please complete the form below with as much information as possible as we are unable to process incomplete forms. Please allow 3-5 business days for a HAIX® warranty specialist to begin processing your claim.

HAIX® offers a one year limited warranty on its footwear. This warranty covers substantial defects in materials and workmanship in your new HAIX® product (the "Product"). The Product was manufactured by HAIX® Schuhe Produktions- und Vertriebs- GmbH, Germany (the "Manufacturer") and supplied by HAIX® NORTH AMERICA, INC. (the "Supplier").

This warranty does not cover a) any problems which result from damage by negligence or accident or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Manufacturer, b) Product that has been repaired or altered by anyone other than Manufacturer approved personnel; c) Product that has been improperly used or maintained or that has been subjected to abnormal conditions of use or maintenance not in conformity with the Manufacturer's written instructions concerning use or maintenance; d) the components of any Product subject to natural wear such as outsoles.
Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances will the Manufacturer, the Supplier, or any affiliate of either of them be liable, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise (including based on negligence or strict liability), for any special, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind. Without limiting any other provision hereof, the maximum liability for direct damages in respect of any Product shall not exceed the actual price paid to the Manufacturer or the Supplier for the Product. You are responsible for insuring that the use of any Product complies with all applicable laws and regulations, and with any applicable product specifications and documentation.

The coverage of the warranty lasts for one year after the date of purchase of your Product. Notice of any claim under the warranty must be received by the Supplier during that one year period.

HAIX® will either repair or replace the Product or, at Haix's sole discretion, refund the purchase price for any item covered by this warranty.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Exclusions and Limitations for Implied Warranties:
In the case of Product that is subject to the Magnusson-Moss Warranty Act, all implied warranties shall be limited to a period of one year from the date of purchase of the Product.

In the case of Product not subject to the Magnusson-Moss Warranty Act, the following disclaimer shall apply:

While the Product is subject to the applicable warranty which is stated above, NEITHER THE MANUFACTURER, THE SUPPLIER, NOR ANY AFFILIATE OF EITHER MAKES ANY OTHER WARRANTY (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED) OF ANY KIND IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCT. THE MANUFACTURER, THE SUPPLIER AND THE AFFILIATES OF EACH OF THEM DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Any advice regarding product or service selection or suitability for any application is provided solely as a convenience to purchaser, on an AS IS basis and without any implied warranty and does not constitute a recommendation or suggestion as to any particular product or service selection or use for any particular application. Accordingly, with the exception of any warranty provided above, the Product and other items are sold AS IS and WITH ALL FAULTS.
