Great fit right out of the box. Was asked how long the break-in was. Best part, there was no break-in. I did size up in the width as recommended and they fit great.

When I have to switch to a different shoe, I can't wait to put them back on, I used to walk as little as possible because of the pain in my hips and back. Unfortunately they are expensive , but if they stand up to the use, which time will determine, then the cost won’t be that bad. Most safety shoes last me between 6 and 8 months . One month in these shoes are still holding up for me

Awesome boots - exactly what I was looking for
I never write reviews but felt compelled to do so for these boots. The Airpower XR23 boots clicked all the boxes I was looking for in work boot as a forester who does not need chainsaw protection: certified safety toe, comfortable, lightweight, waterproof, supportive, and breathable. No problems spending long days in these. Clear example of you get what you pay for. Cannot comment on their durability yet though.

Best Boots I've Owned
I do tree work. When I'm not in the tree climbing, these are my go to boots and I love them. Comfortable, not claustrophobic for my feet. I work on varied terrain, up and downhill, sidehills, creeks and water and I've never had a problem. I especially like the lacing system. It's fast and secure and doesn't cause me grief first thing in the morning. I've been buying boots at Bare Bones Workwear but haven't found anything this good. I wasn't stoked about buying something site unseen online but trusted the brand because it came through my online tree equipment supply site and they don't promote anything but the best. I'm a Haix guy now, and am buying another pair for my top groundie to wear. Thanks.

Best Out-Of-Box boot
This is easily the most comfortable boot I’ve ever worn. First couple days were a little rough on the toes because they are a really stiff boot before breaking them in. But after a few days they loosen right up and man are they amazing. Blow all the top brand boots I’ve had out of the water. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Great job Haix!

Awesome boots
Right out the box the shoes was very comfortable, been wearing to work to break in but of course I got a blister on my left heel but I was wearing polyester socks and should of known better. boots are very durable. I enjoy wearing hiax boots. I have a pair of mossouls that I have had over 7 years ,(need to be resoled). would purchase again.

I ordered size 9 wide instead of 9.5 wide that I usually wear because my XR26 9.5 are a bit too large. 9.5 is 42 usually and 42 is my size. Haix has 9 as 42. The 9 wide are perfect fit for me. Boot is perfect for farming 14 hours a day. The xr26 was too low, grain, stubbles and woodchips entered the boot. XR23 is really confortable. Can't vouch for watertighness as it is only 3 weeks. The XR26 were not topnotch in that respect, but drying fast as the goretex pumps the humidity out. Really comfortable after a short break in. Love them. Keep that good quality for the next 20 years.
