Collection of Sales Tax
HAIX® charges sales tax to the following states: Arizona, Florida, Kentucky, Maine, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island. Sales tax amount is determined by the sales tax rate of the state to which your product will ship and will be calculated upon checkout.

HAIX® is required by law to collect sales tax in the above mentioned states. All sales tax monies collected will be remitted to the appropriate government agencies and HAIX® is audited for compliance by these agencies on a regular basis. HAIX® does not profit from the collection of sales tax.

www.haixusa.com will charge sales tax on all orders shipping to the states noted above. If you currently hold tax exempt status, please contact our office at 866-344-4249 or via email at [email protected] with documentation of your tax exempt status. HAIX® will refund the sales tax amount to the credit card that was used for purchase.

HAIX® utilizes UPS shipping services for most orders placed with a physical address. In the instance a post office box is given in lieu of a physical address, the order will ship through the United States Postal Service. Please note that by providing a PO Box, you are choosing to ship with USPS and as a result, we are unable to provide you with a return shipping label and are unable to ship expedited.

Typically, orders leave our warehouse within 2-5 days of receipt. HAIX® ships online orders via UPS to destinations within the United States.

PLEASE NOTE: All Free Shipping offers are limited to the 48 contiguous US only.

Product Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to HAIX® for a full refund of the purchase price of the boots, less shipping charges. You will need to complete the return form; the return label is attached to the original packing list.

All unworn product can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, with no exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging (please put HAIX® boot box in original plain cardboard box for return shipment) and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.

*Please note that free returns are for boot purchases only and are not available for Alaska, certain rural areas not covered by FedEx and any purchases shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). We apologize for this inconvenience.

Warranties and Eligibility
HAIX® provides a 1 Year Limited Warranty on its footwear with the exception being Factory Seconds and Clearance. HAIX® Factory Seconds boots are boots which may have minor blemishes or imperfections; are also sold "as is" with no manufacturer warranty, and are not eligible for warranty repair or replacement under any circumstances. Purchasers of our Black Eagle® line can opt to extend the HAIX® 1 Year Limited Warranty for an additional year by completing a form. More information on coverage and service can be found here.

Product and Pricing Accuracy
HAIX® attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, HAIX® does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by HAIX® itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. Despite our best efforts, on occasion, an item on our website may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
