HAIX® 1000 Pair Weartest Terms & Condtions

1. Entrants must be over 18, live in the United States and work in the field of law enforcement.
2. Employees of HAIX North America and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. The entry period shall open at the time and date specified on our entry page, website, and/or social media channels, and similarly, the entry period shall close at the time and date specified on our entry page, website, and/or social media channels. Entries received before the opening or after the closing will be deemed ineligible and will not be considered.
4. Maximum number of entries per person per field test is (1).
5. Entrant must have a valid shipping address (No P.O. Boxes, please).
6. Entrant must have a valid email address.
7. If entrant chooses to promote their entry via social media, you should disclose your connection with the giveaway, for example, by using the hashtag #HAIX.
8. HAIX reserves the right to modify or cancel this giveaway at any time. HAIX is not responsible for lost, misdirected, late, or incomplete entries or for inaccurate information. Incomplete and robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entries will be disqualified.
9. Potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received.
10. Boot model and size will be delivered as specified on entry form and shipped to the address specified on entrant’s registration.
11. Boots are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable.
12. No purchase necessary to win.
13. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify winners and non-winners, but cannot be guaranteed. Winner notification is not necessary in order to receive their boots.
14. Winners will be expected to provide weartest feedback on forms provided by HAIX North America after a period of 4 weeks of wear. Winner agrees that feedback could be used for editorial/marketing publications purposes in perpetuity. Winners will not be specifically identified by name in publication materials.
15. By entering, you will be bound by these terms and conditions and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
